Della is a wonderful therapist who is gentle, caring, and thoughtful in her approach.

I have had a very difficult personal issue which I had carried with me for a long time, and I knew the time had come for me to face and deal with it. Della helped me through my journey in a massively supportive way.

She gently coaxed out the words which were so difficult for me to say, and this helped me to really face things. Della then continued to support me on my journey of healing, allowing me to see the issue from a different perspective. She used a variety of therapeutic approaches to ensure that my issue was dealt with, seen by me, and healed in different ways.

Having worked with Della I can honestly say that she is a skilled therapist who is dedicated in her work, as well as flexible in her methods. No one approach fits every person and this I liked in particular.

I believe during our sessions we used NLP, EFT, EMDR, as well as some more hands on healing exercises like Stepping Stones. But I know Della is trained in many more different therapeutic approaches.  

If I had to sum up my experience with Della I would say that she has made a big impact in my life, and has helped me change it for the better, as well as heal and move on from my difficult issue.
